Working Principle of Fruit Pulping and Seeds Separating Machine

The motor drives the rotor through a V-belt transmission, allowing it to rotate at high speed. Fruits are fed into the machine through the inlet, where the feeding blades continuously convey the material toward the pulping beater. The beater crushes the fruit thoroughly, and under centrifugal force, the juice and pulp pass through the screen into the next processing stage. Fruit pits and coarse residues are automatically discharged through the waste outlet, achieving efficient pulp-residue separation.

Preparation Before Operation

1. Install the machine securely on a level floor and tighten all mounting bolts.
2. Inspect the pulping chamber and remove any foreign materials. Clean all food-contact parts thoroughly before use, ensuring that water does not enter the motor.
3. Wash all fruits and vegetables before processing. Remove stones, metal objects, and other hard impurities to prevent damage to the machine.
4. Connect the power supply and perform a trial run. Check that the motor operates smoothly without abnormal noise or vibration before feeding materials into the machine.
