Carbon Steel Persimmon Peeling Machine is used to peel persimmon manually. The operator should sit on a small stool (recommended stool height: 40 cm). put a collection container under the discharge basket on the right side of the machine. The left foot controls the left foot pedal switch (motor power). The right foot controls the right foot pedal iron plate (clamping device control).
How to Maintain Manual Persimmon Peeling Machine
1. Lubrication
Apply engine oil (motorcycle or automobile engine oil for gasoline engines) to the movable rod.
Lubrication is recommended once every two days.
2. Cleaning and Reuse
After peeling, persimmon juice may remain on the clamping device.
If reusing the machine after an interval of more than one hour:
Apply a small amount of water to the persimmon or to the clamping opening before use.
Generally, moistening once is sufficient.
3. After Daily Operation
Clean the entire machine body thoroughly after finishing all peeling work.
Allow the machine to air dry completely.
Store the machine in a warehouse after drying.
Apply engine oil to the movable pull rod.
Remove the spring and hang it properly.
Do NOT store the machine in a cold storage room.
