Vegetable Cube Shape Dicing Cutting Machine can cut various root vegetables and fruits into cubes or cuboids. By changing different knife, we can get different size final dicer product. The Vegetable Cutting Sizes can be 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 mm. Vegetable and fruit dicer machine has wide applications. Working Principle of Vegetable Dicer Cutting Machine

1. Vegetable dicer machine mainly consists of foundation, machine shell, driving plate, slicing blade, round blade assembly, crosscutting blade assembly, transmission system and electrical apparatus control system.
2. The driving plate drives the vegetables to rotate at high speed. By centrifugal force, the slicing blade cuts the vegetables into the slice, then the round shredding blade cuts the slices into strips and sends them to the crosscutting blade, which cut the strips into cubes or cuboids.
3. By removing the crosscutting blade of the fruit dicing machine you can cut strips or shreds, further remove the round blade you can cut slices.

How to Operate Vegetable Dicer Machine

1. Before the operation, check whether there are foreign matters in the commercial vegetable dicer and whether the rotation direction is right. Connect the ground wire where the earthed sign indicates.
2. The vegetable materials to be cut shall be cleaned before processing. Sand or clay should not be mixed in the vegetables to avoid damaging the blades.
3. Vegetable Dicer Machine should be cleaned after each use.
4. Remove and clean the round blade assembly and crosscutting blade assembly each week. Daub them with edible oil before reassembling for maintenance and easy disassembly.
